Daisy's DogGone Delights was an easy concept after the pet food recalls in the spring of 2007. It made me wonder what was being put in my best friends' food. From that time on I wanted to know what they were eating. So I started baking all their treats.

Experimenting with different ingredients and many batches I feel passionate about the selection and quality. We may not carry a huge selection of treats but we had rather give quality over quantity. Maybe in the future we will expand our line. We are always in the kitchen experimenting. The main taste testers are Coco, Bo, and Snickers who benefit from all the baking as well.

Started with some friends and family and decided that the next step was to have a website so that other dogs could enjoy. The name for the business had to be unique and special. Since the dogs are all treated equally I knew choosing one of their names for the business was out of the question.

This is named Daisy's DogGone Delights in memory of a very beloved Beagle that passed in Sept. 2004 at the age of 13. Anyone ever owning a beagle knows that they love food. She was with me through some of the toughest times in my life and this is my way of honoring her legacy. I did bake for her on special occasions and I know she would approve.
