Q: What is the shelf life and how should they be stored?
A: These are fresh baked goods with no artificial preservatives. Only human grade ingredients used in the process of making these treats. Upon receipt of treats we recommend they be stored in the refrigerator to extend their shelf life for up to 4 weeks. They may be able to last longer but the taste testers keep sitting by the refrigerator wanting treats. Treats can be frozen without any change to taste. We recommend that treats are thawed prior to rewarding your companion.
Q: What types of ingredients are used?
A: We use only quality human grade baking ingredients in our treats with no added preservatives, additives, sugar or salt. The lists of ingredients are listed with each treat description.
Q: How long after placing an order does it ship?
A: Orders usually ship within 2 business day. During holidays please allow extra time for delivery. Treats are shipped Priority mail so they can arrive at their freshest. This also keeps shipping cost down. Note: Shipping to U.S. destinations only.
Q: What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
A: If you are not satisfied with your order or arrives damaged please contact us immediately. We can refund your money (less shipping), issue store credit, or replace the product. We want you to be 100% satisfied.
