All batches are examined for quality and a sample is always given to the "Lab" for testing. She is a tough "Lab" tester and takes her job seriously. We would not send out anything we are not willing to give to our own family members. Against the "Lab's" request there has also been human testing.

Bo

Bo the Golden Retriever is also one of our main testers. He is always so excited to try the samples that he wants them straight from the oven. No time to cool. Once he has given his OK to the batch we give it our "Golden Seal of Approval."
